Wow, now only it opens my eyes....how stupid one politician could be.

I have nothing against other races. As for me, I'm comfortably befriended with people from different races and background.

The Perfect Saturday

Friday was hectic for me. Chaos all day long at work and forced me stayed back till 8.30pm. Too engrossed with the work till I almost forgot that I need to go back to Kajang on that night so I can fetch dad at LCCT in the wee hours.

Rushing back to home and packed my stuff before headed back to Kajang. Along that long journey back, train of thoughts flooding in my head. I need to make sure dad wouldn't whine a lot this time like the previous one I had. He seemed to complain almost everything from the car and the way I drive.

All the tiny wheeny matters just seemed to annoy him. I still remember how hard I've tried to hold back my tears. It was a torturing to drive with him. What broke my heart back then was, it’s my humble intention wanting to spend time with him by suggesting him to stay a night at Kajang before sending him off again on the next day.

However, this time I still insist to fetch him up so that I can accompany him before he catch his flight to Bintulu that afternoon. I just want to spend time with him.

Even though I have to wake up at 5.30am on Saturday, it was exciting for me. The dark long journey seemed to soothe me while listening to my favourite songs on the CD. I got lost on the way to LCCT but managed to arrive early before dad showed up in front of my car. I was so glad to meet him!

He caught me by surprise when he didn’t even comment or whine on my ‘Baby Milo’ car accessories. Baby Milo is all over the place from the car seats, mirror, gear and steering. Haha, sounds a bit childish huh? Well, the other combination of colours didn’t attract me except that Baby Milo set. Furthermore, Baby Milo is cute ok!

So, that was a good start for me. Hmmm, but except the part where I got us lost on the way to Bukit Bintang. I thought I could find a shorter route to reach KL from LCCT but I was wrong. We went through like 6 tolls before ended up reaching in Kajang anyway. Haih, padan muka berlagak.

Poor dad, he was so hungry. But I’m glad along the way, we managed to engage in conversations which mean a lot to me. For me, I see it as our bonding session. It’s very hard to spend time with dad alone since he has his own family. He’s sort of distance away whenever they are around. Furthermore, Sandra would throw her tantrums whenever dad speaks to me or wraps his arm around me when walking by my side.

Anyway, finally we arrived at BB and had our meals. That was when dad asked me about IPhone 4 and IPad which made me went #_____# ????

I just don’t have that craze for Apple’s which makes me a bit oblivious it. Everyone seems to think that whoever owns it is sooooooooooooooooo coooooooooooooooooooooool. Yeah whatever. I’m still using a keypad phone, so?

Well of course I would love to have one if I have lots of $$$$$$$, don’t you?

But, Dad was right when he mentioned to me that when someone earns that big money their lifestyles change too. It’s all about status huh? Admit it, people are materialistic these days. Guess dad just doesn’t one to be left behind too.

He even shared a story with me about a real estate broker judging dad from his appearance. He didn’t even follow up and called back to him which made dad pissed off and complained about him. It was his loss then when dad decided not to use his service.

Well, even shop assistants do that kind of stuff if you know what I mean. Again, that’s how materialistic we are.

However, I must say I really look up to him as he doesn’t come from a highly educated family neither did he went to university. But he’s been travelling to places for his work. It was just a humble starting when he joined MLNG as a technician and now he’s been working with different O & G companies. What I observed from his is that, his willingness to learn and perseverance have make him the man that he is now. He’s even more advance in catching up with the latest technology trend than his young adult daughter . Isk isk isk.

Also, on that day he shared some tips on money exchange as we hopped from one money exchange booth to another. Meanwhile, in the car he took charge of the car stereo when he suddenly changed my favourite station. Now that I know how he loathes rap music with his imitation of that rapping style which made me giggled in the car. That was a pure joy for me. I was contented for the day.

Even though it was a bit sad to see him leaving after sending him back to the airport again, it’s suffice to say to myself that was the best day I ever had with my dad in my entire life.

Cold Feet

Dad's reply in the email wasn't actually what I would have expected.
I've expected his rage and disapprovement. I was wrong again. In fact, I was a bit mad at myself for being such a lousy daughter.

Turned out that he was busy with his work..that explained on the delay of the reply. I thought he purposedly avoided the subject that we had like we used to have once.

Cold feet.. Yeah. Suddenly, I just feel like going back to Sarawak for good. To start everything anew. But there are so much to let go here..
I remember how I was determined to have a career here and try to have a life.. Now looking at it, I've just crushed whatever I once dreamt here.

I just feel partially 'dead' here now. Could have be the frustration at work and life. But well, that's everywhere right? I must admit that I do miss my family especially my mum. I know how mum yearns to have her daughters with her. I cried on the phone when having a conversation about mum with Sin Yi whom my family consider as no stranger to the family now when he used to be Sheron's boy friend. I've missed part of their lives in mine. I have and I shouldn't.

Frankly speaking, I've been running away from family for some reasons that I unable to tell. But deep in my heart I know I love and care for them. Now, I just want to be close to them before it's too late.

But will I be happy if I am to be back in Miri? I'm not sure but already I'm thinking of starting it anew in Kuching or somewhere. I don't think I can stand living in Miri because of the past. Or was it me being so bitter about it?

Well, I definitely gonna miss the night life and entertainment here. I cringe to the thought of not able to find friends to hang out with at the club or something. Places to hang out during the odd hours...going out for a movie alone sometimes and enjoying driving through the highway listening to Club Hitz...just those random stuff I love to do.

Ah, Jes...you are my best partner in crime when it comes to clubbing. We always have fun eventhough it's just the two of us and we do rock it! :)
I remember every single moment of it.. every time we hit the dance floor, there's always a story to remember...I love your vibe girl...and thanks for always looking out for me whenever we hang out. :)

Besides that, I just never really had that chance to reallly 'live' in Casa Villa. I mean the last time when I've just occupied the spaces with furnitures and trying to make it comfortable like home, I rented somewhere closer to my working place. There's something about this place eventhough I hate my parking spo t.

Since I was young, I never quite feel like having a place I could call home. That's another long story and I just hate how it brings back those awful feelings and memories.
Feel like Casa Villa would be wasted to leave it unoccupied or even renting it out. I mean, unless the tenants would really take good care of the place which I highly doubt about it. I wanted to ask dad why he even bought this place at the first place. Already, I have my own assumption on it and I'll never asked him.

If I really wanna go back to Sarawak, I need my own space. Will I get it? It sounds vague isn't it? Maybe you'll think ..'oh, c'mon stef, that's just a piece of cake. What the hell are you worrying about?'...Hmmm I have different life altogether in Miri. I wish I could fill you in about it. :)
I guess my biggest anxiety now is my career path. I'm losing it again and I'm wondering what have I done in this 2 years after graduating. Feel like I've wasted my degree.

Damn it Jes, you're right. I shouldn't have worry about all of this vague thoughts of 'what if'... the pessimism. I tend to make it real sometimes. Scare the hell out of me.
I'll keep trying to have that content life of mine... I will.

Dad, sometimes there are times when we have misunderstanding. But you really have stand by me at your own different ways which I hope I could comprehend more and to understand you more. I'm nothing without you. You've been trying to expose me to the outside world and I appreciate it. I hope one day, I'll make you proud.

It's almost the end of the Tiger year. I'm looking forward for more prosperous Rabbit year. This year definitely one of the toughest one I'm experiencing but hey, that's life right?

So, are you up for it Stef? Time to go back for good.....I hope.

Rusty blog now it seems.
Finding it's hard to express my feelings nowadays. I feel...crappy!

Still wide awake during this wee hours. My mind and eyes still wouldn't shut. I'm tired.
I think there are so many stuff I want to blog about but well...I doubt there's any of it soon.

Just a random post here. Sharing one of my current favourite songs from a japanese band, Back-On. Well, some of the listeners are comparing the similiarities of this band to Linkin Park in which I think is absolutely ridiculous. Far out.

Owh, thanks to Vedd for recommending this band into my playlist.

Dilemma...again.

I just realized that it's been 4 weeks that I have not call her upon my returning from Australia. Now, I remembered trying to talk to her last week but she was working. What a horrible daughter I am. With last week's chaos at work, I was all worn out. I guess it just flipped out from my mind. I'm sorry mum..

Somehow today, I'm pondering a lot about returning to Miri...I blamed it on Wani. xp
Felt good though to meet her up yesterday after 2 years graduated from UPM...owh and Noni too. Glad we managed to catch up even though it was just a brief one.

We talked a lot about work, life and relationship aka scandal *pointing to Wani*....
This time around I was 'harassed' by them with the same question again and again.
Ey relationship somehow just.....tiring for me ba (I almost trapped in one and it's just too complicated to tell).
Guess, it's just a matter of time girls. Ask me again next time. xp

Well, obviously the 3 of us would like to settle down back in Sarawak. I mean working and living there..or maybe starting a family (for both of you lar..not me) but at the moment, I just caught up in dilemma...

At this point of time, I'm thinking a lot about my career path. I'm still in between the diverged roads. Or maybe even side tracking...I don't know.
Already, I'm imagining myself moving back all my stuff to Miri. Wait, not Miri. I don't want to be in Miri. I want to be else where...Kuching maybe. Then, I was dreaming of buying a new place in Kuching so that I could bring mum, meor and my sister with me to start a new life.

Arghhh... crap. I wish it could be that easy.
I was wondering what would dad think if I suggest him to sell off the apartment in Kajang?
What happens if I want to quit this current job and pursuing yet another vague direction to become SHO again as what I've mentioned before in my blog?
Then moving back to Sarawak to gain experience in some random company before aiming for another goal?
Risky business...

Stupid Birthday

Last night, woke up from my sleep with the sms. A surprise early birthday wish from a person whom I barely know for about a week. It's from Sopi ( the guy I mentioned in my previous post). Guess he saw the birth date on my photocopy IC or something since he's the one doing part of the procedure during the accident. Then a heart-warming sms from my dear sister. Tears rolling down my cheek again. Love ya sister. A pleasant surprise too when received the birthday wish from a long lost contacted friend, ChanChan. Very thoughtful of you gal, thanks. =)

Early morning woke up to the strong wind and dark sky..apparently I thought it's gonna rain heavily today. Very rare to wake up to such weather though...I mean lately.
Work as usual which then suddenly our clerk came and held my hand to wish me happy birthday. There I thought no one would ever knew at this new working place of mine. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. It was a pleasant surprise for the early morning. That enough to make me happy.

Just when I thought today was going to be fine, somehow the lady from the workshop called me and informed me that I need to make a payment back for the NCD as I've paid the car insurance with the entitlement of the NCD before the unfortunate event. Or else there's gonna be delay in claiming the insurance. Sigh.

It's bugging me to think that I need to settle it urgently while I'm at work. It's even hard just to make a call at the office as there's no private space between us there since the bosses are all situated nearby with us. Well, I'm working for a Japanese's company so that's part of the culture whereby the big boss, boss and the staff all cramped in this big office with little private space of your own.

Even worse, there's no network at the washroom as well. I was a bit panicked at that point of time as I need to think and act promptly. During the brief break for breakfast, I've tried to call Allianz but apparently the person on the other end couldn't hear me clearly. At that point of time, I'm a bit frustrated. I stomped out from the office and trying hard to find a spot to call asking for their account number for I thought I could just bank it in like usual as I paid for the car insurance. To may dismay, it was not allowed and she advised me to walk in to their branch. Damn.

Back at the office, I was staring blankly at computer screen. Not another unpaid leave again. It wasn't easy to get the first one and now again??? Nevertheless, I have to meet my senior supervisor, manager and senior manager just to get it approved. Hate to tell them the whole story from one to another again and again. Already, I'm worry about my job performance and now with this. Double whammy.

Just as I've continued with my work, suddenly tears started to welling up. Held back my tears so hard till i reached the washroom. I just broke down. I have no idea. A very pathetic birthday I must say. I don't mean to be a cry baby but a barrage of thoughts just occupied my head. Wondering when could I get back to the usual me.

Just as I was about to get ready to leave suddenly the senior supervisor called up for evaluation on my OJT report. Great. With such state of mind and emotion, I wasn't coherent with my words. Can't she be more considerate? Just then my colleague saved me when she purposely asking me out loud that shouldn't I be leaving since i'm taking the half day leave. Still, the senior supervisor going on and on with my other colleague questioning the procedure which somehow sparked a debate between them. Bitterness surfacing again, I'm in no mood for this. Feel like forever, then I was spared.

I wanna escape elsewhere now.

Last night I've planned to drop by Low Yat Plaza again to get my laptop fixed. To my dismay, with the hassle of getting there, they failed to satisfy my urgency to get the laptop fixed asap. On top of that, they even suggested me to change it to cheaper 2nd hand LCD or original LCD with extra charges for both. I was fuming when I heard that. Why the hell I need to get my LCD changed when mine still working perfectly.

Not only that, from the first repair..I have no idea what have they done to my web cam as it malfunction. The worse thought of it, they've might took out the device. My first encounter with them already causes me disappointment with the bloody pricey cost as to what they mentioned as changing the LED lamps. It's funny when I came the 2nd time, instead of asking what was the problem he was asking the previous cost that I've paid for the first repair.

Before they digging deep into their investigation on the root cause of the problem, already they assuming it's the backlight problem and taking out the LCD just so I would opt to change the whole LCD and even asked me to come again on the second day as according to him the technician is going back soon. WTF!! There's no way I'm going there again for the 3rd shitty time!!! This is what the so-called one month warranty?? It was not even 1 week when my laptop went blackout again after the repair and now they are suggesting this and that with extra charges??!!! Kiss my ass for that warranty then! It doesn't require an idiot to know this is how they make money.

Obviously, I'm not happy with it and immediately I told them I need second opinion on it. Soon enough, I found a second shop whereby they told me they need to check the root cause and will get it fixed within an hour. When the foreigner technician called me and informed me it was fixed I was heaving a sign of relief. Soon after arriving at the shop, I was a bit puzzled when the technician still fixing it. According to him, somehow after they've called me, something went wrong. He finally told me they might need time. I relented this time.

Just as I was about to leave the building somehow the same technician called me again and told me it's fixed! For real...I was so ecstatic!! It was almost closing time and the escalator were no longer working as they switched it off. I was running withe the hyperventilation.... I was so relief and at the same time, all those mixed feelings were there....Part of me was crazily mad of the stupid first shop which cheated my hard earned money and at the same time so thankful to the technician for not giving up fixing it eventhough it was almost closing time. Thumbs up to him.

It's disappointing to see that I can't even rely on the Malaysians' service. It disgusts me so much to realize they've been sucking all the bloody money from the innocent customers. At last, I've gave the manager a call and expressed my disappointment and anger. I don't think I would ever fought for my right like this before but I did. I've been through a series of hell weeks so there's no way I'm gonna let go of this.

Surprisingly too, today I've received an email from dad apologizing to me if he ever hurt my feelings the other night. There, I thought he's used to it as that's not my first time sobbing in between our conversations. I was taken aback as well when he sent a birthday wish. He remembers, I said to myself. That enough to make me contented today.

Speaking of which, the birthday wish reminds me how terrible I am for turning down an invitation for a small gathering and birthday celebration with cousin and relatives. I'm sorry to say no but I'm really not ready to mingle around with current condition. I just don't wanna fake a smile and being uncomfortable with the chances of 'drowning' myself in the conversations and remain utterly quiet while my mind wandering away. The last thing I ever wanted is to be around with people and trying to socialize. However, I do appreciate the thoughtful gesture of inviting for the catch up and mini celebration. I hope you'll have a blast my cousin.

My wish for my birthday this year....let there be no celebration. =)

Nightmare From The Past

It was like waking up from a nightmare to be back at work after the 'eventful' long weekend. Trying hard to chin up. It was hard.

At that point of time, I wish I don't have to face the people. I wanna be alone and a space for me to breath again. One by one, all these stupid things keep on prevailing and pulling me down with it. All those dark feelings from the past as if alive to haunt me back this time. I don't wanna be back in depression, again.

I managed to get a half day unpaid leave to settle the procedure for the insurance claim and straight away headed to MPK as well to settle the unfinished matter like way back in 2009 when I first moved into Casa Villa. But little did I know, my laptop blackout again after the repair. I was in total despair. The internet and my laptop are like my lifeline. Without it, I feel like i'm disconnected with the rest... it's my channel to let out my feelings.

Then, somehow I've got a surprise call from dad in Karratha. It's that tone of voice again. I hate it. He started to raise his voice as according to him, I didn't answer his questions. Initially, it was about the accident and apparently he thought he's giving me some 'guidance' to deal with it. Just as I thought today's gonna be a good one. I was damn wrong.

Fine. He's the person who would think he's always right and sometimes it's hard to catch up with his egoism as well. I started to sob over the phone even I've tried hard to control it. I can feel the lumps in my throat and I wish I could hang up the phone immediately. The part he started to let out on me about everything started to make me sobbing nonstop. I hate it when he has to brought up the hatred of his towards mum. As if he thinks raising 3 daughters is like easy as ABC. Already, providing the basic necessities to his daughters seems to bug him, what's more to raise a child of his own? I guess he'll see that when Sandra is growing up.

I'm the person who's very sensitive when it comes to mum. Life wasn't easy for us when we were young and till now the bitterness is still in my heart...occasionally, I still feel it...like this very moment. I hate to have back all those feelings during the dark moments in my life . Sometimes, I wonder if it ever frustrated him to have us as his daughters?

From the conversation, it seemingly indicated that as if he wants me to be apart from my mum. My heart was broken into pieces. Not this again, I don't want to be in between the feud both of you having. Please realize this that I'm suffering too.

Eventhough he uttered the three words at the end of the conversation I just don't bother and hang up. In my heart i know no matter what, I try to love you dad. I do. I just wish he understands these feelings of mine.

I was bawling myself to sleep that night. What's more to listen to my little sister sobbing over the phone made my heart ache so much. I love her very much and I just wish I don't have to call her to tell her that. She has grown up so well and much more better than me. She's stout-hearted and bravier than what I've could have imagined of her. I wish even when I'm miles away from her, I'll able to provide her comforts and care. I've cried so hard on that sleepless night. To whom should I find comforts with? I couldn't figure. All my life it's always been me alone. Soon, I just fearful for not able to find that someone just to share it with. Was I being demanding? It's driving me crazy to think of it. I know people would say shake it off and move on...Please, don't tell me that. I have enough of it.

The next day waking up with the swollen eyes and dizzy head, I was trying hard to keep myself focus at work. Masked myself with a smile occasionally at work, I was emotionally drained. The desperation to let it out was torturing. I slept 12 hours straight when I came back from work. I couldn't bother what's next for me.

Easing Off

Sleepless nights...expected right?

Woke up pretty early considering that I normally slept like a pig and woke up only in the afternoon for the weekend. Somehow a friend offered to drive his car after send him off to the airport. Thoughtful gesture (thanks btw) but I dont think I'll ever dared to drive his car since it's been awhile since I last drove a manual car. The last thing I want is to get his car into trouble...

Speaking of which, heartfelt condolence to him for the passing of someone he knew and also to Dona, hang in there girl.... I hope your loved one rest in peace. Hope both of you cope it well pretty soon. What a month to end for us all.

By the way, today was the 'therapeutic' journey to heal the heartache. I finally met up again with the middleman (Sopi) whose kind enough to give me a ride to the workshop to meet the person in charge. What a relief to know that the workshop is pretty near to my place in Kajang.

And there it was my wrecked car..... the meeting was brief as I didn't bring along the necessary documents which they required to proceed to repair the car before the adjuster comes and evaluates the damage. Stupid me have getting rid of my old license and 'thanks' to that I need to get back to JPJ to get a list for that and get back to the workshop. That means this Monday, by hook or by crook, I need to take a half day unpaid leave. *sighs*

I wish it's that easy for me to get a leave. Previously, they wouldn't even allow me to take unpaid leave to settle some urgent bills and renewing my license.

After that, Sopi drove me around to another workshop at Jalan Reko and met Sharizal ( the nice guy whose car kenak accidentally bantai by me, sorry ). His father tagged along which I'm glad to meet and talked to before we took off. Again, Sopi sent me off to the commuter station as I planned to go back to Kepong to get Chezt's car and come back to Kajang to take my stuff. Along the way, we managed to have small talk. Ironically, I found comforts with a stranger. As if I've just consulted a shrink or something. I was somehow rather contented for the day.

There I was in the commuter again, kinda reminiscing the old days when I used to travel by public transport. I was on the ladies' coach today and surprisingly to see some guys who put on thick faces and insisted on boarding the ladies' coach.. Haih, Malaysians.

Thank goodness Chezt left her car key with me and I managed to run some errands . That definitely helps a lot. At last, I guess I was worn out a bit and managed to take a very short nap after those sleepless night..

Thank goodness, music and internet accompanies me well throughout these few days. That's what keeps me sane at the moment.

Alas, tomorrow is Sunday and that means I need to get my butt and stuff back to Kepong and embrace the Monday blues at work. Nevertheless, to the rest of you...Have a nice Sunday ahead. =)

Damsel In Distress

2 weeks ago, I had a blast weekend when Jessie, Garry & Gabby spent the weekend at our place as Gary came down from Miri to attend a friend's wedding at Shah Alam. Thought I would have a post about it or posting some pictures but somehow the desire to blog wasn't there yet

Little did I know, shortly after that...a series of unfortunate events befallen one after another. Be it at work, friendship, financial wise...and my life itself. It was emotional draining journey especially when I sort of bottled it up and not sure to whom I could share about my thoughts and concerns (will skip that part in this post though).

I know I've been abandoning this blog for quite sometimes and today its the desperation of getting something off my chest that I'm diligently sitting infront of my laptop and spending the hours to pen down my thoughts. Perhaps it's my own escapade to let my mind wander off somewhere before I'm back to reality and face whatever that's left for me today.

At the same time, I was pondering on the Law Of Attraction...whether this is some sort of experiments that i'm facing right now. I just have this awful hunch since the beginning of this Tiger Year. Probably mainly because I didn't have that good start to kick off the year and so I'm having that silly pessimistic thoughts up till today.

Somehow I vividly remember how I loathed getting back from a break in Miri just to start a brand new life again with the new job, a place of myself which yet to bring me comforts....and how I get all clumsy and almost late on my first day reporting at work and realized that I didnt have my IC with me when I need to settle out some procedure with the HR personnel as my IC was in my other bag as I have not unpacked my stuff right after coming back from the airport on the previous night (not to mention busy cuci taik burung on my car jak during the midnight right after arriving from LCCT).

So, the journey continues till last night (I guess that's the highlight of the year so far) when an unexpected accident occured. What are the odds when something that the least you ever thought about would somehow...'Bang' right in front of your face?? Shit.
Enough with the problem I had with my stupid laptop and my unpleasant encounter when I got it fixed at Low Yat Plaza, it didn't just stop there. Haih.

Nevertheless, it's my fault as I hit someone's car from behind accidentally when I stepped on the acceleration pedal on the uphill flyover and my car wasn't able to grind to a halt when the car infront of me suddenly slow down. Well, I was on the fast lane...and so, that tends to happen huh? After all the hustle of settling my car insurance and renew my roadtax (since I was unable to take a leave to settle it) and there you go.....NCD down the drain for next year.

Just when me and the guy try to sort it out, some random strangers just approached us and offering all kinds of services. As we both thought we could settle it ourselves and drove off, the attempt futile as someone advised me not to drive back the car with the badly damaged front bonnet. Somehow, I just went ahead with these bunch of people who brought me to make the police report and claimed to settle it all including for the insurance claim.
Ironically, I have the insurance documents all in my car as I just received it last week for settling it. Macam tauk tauk jak there's gonna be an accident .. the guy laughed it off when I mentioned that as he was asking for a copy of my insurance policy.

Well, at that point of time I'm not sure to whom should i reach out for as Dad is not around in the country and there's no way I'm gonna call my far away mum in the middle of the night and causes some unnecessary worries for her.

After making all the necessary somehow I realized this guy might be the middleman and earning money from it or something. I'm not sure the kind gesture of asking this friend of his to send me back to Kajang is part of the charges too.

But I would say things went smoothly pretty soon with his assistance (so far i guess). The guilt was unbearable though as I couldn't help but pity towards the victim of the car. So far, I. appreciate his co-operation and well manners for not making a big fuss out of it. I wish I could arrange some car rental assistance for him but unfortunately unable to reach out the personnel of my car insurance for advice.

Then, the middleman somehow questioning my calmness in dealing the unfortunate event and assuring me this is just an accident beyond our means. Yeah right.....He has no idea what's in my mind at the moment. I just have enough of the roller coaster rides since last month.. does it need to continues till June? Spare me please.

I should be fine right? Yeah...eventhough it sucks like hell to deal with it on my own here. I wish I don't have to go through it alone...some assurance would do me good and heal the broken pieces of my heart at the moment. Sometimes, I just can't think anymore and wishing time would do me a favour and turn back the hands of time.

Already, I've burn holes in my pocket with the ridiculous charge on getting my laptop fixed and the summon on the same day I just got my salary. (definitely there are more $ involves after this). 'Great', just before I embrace the month of June which supposed to be my favourite month of the year....Here, I'm left with this tiny whinny little hope of nursing this heartache and being hopeful that 'sunshine' will finally prevails itself till the end of this year.

Hah, it's funny when some random song keep on playing in my head at this very moment...Guess what? It's 'Billionaire' by Bruno Mars & Travie McCoy...
Yeah, it's all about the money these days. I think I could easily ease off this heartache with tons of money in the bank huh? I'll escape somewhere just to rejuvenate myself and surround myself with comforts and company. $___$

The unbearable part was to bawl myself to sleep when thinking that actually I have no one to really share my inner thoughts and feelings since I was young. I hate being hopeless. No one would like it isn't it?
Sometimes, like any human being, i just need someone to listen, shoulder to cry on too.

13 & 14th of Feb 2010....

Finally the holiday...and now, as I'm about to update my blog, today would be my last day for holiday. Again, how time flies...

I've bet almost everyone had planned their holiday but for me, all I wanted was to catch up some sleep on that Saturday. I woke up early though as I need to get back to Kajang to pick up some stuff before I got back in time in Kepong as my friend Ycca told me that we're going somewhere with the sport attire. My guess was we're going to hit the gym. =.=
Too bad she wasn't spilling much when I popped out a few questions to her.

But then, we had to go for a brief shopping before hitting the gym and when we arrived at the gym...I was bewildered. Fitness First?! =.=
First of all, I dreaded with the idea of going to gym since she didn't tell much about it. Addmore, I wasn't ready to sweat at a fitness center!
Only then I knew she's a new member of that fitness center and able to invite a friend to go with her occasionally. The thing was that, I was so tired and sleepy at that point. More like a grumpy old lady..

As the substituted personal trainer of hers approached her, we were told to go for the treadmill. Frankly speaking, I loved it. Nice environment..there were like more than 10 TVs in front with different channels to watch while you're working your ass hard to sweat or you could just plug in the headphone to the equipment to tune into your favourite channel.

Then, we proceed to the exercise bikes. Little did I know, I almost caught in asthma while doing it! I was trying so hard as my friend was like so way ahead of me and with that personal trainer kept on telling me to speed it up...what the heck! What made it even worse was that, my butt hurt like hell!! I guess I didn't adjust my seat well before I got onto it.

Teruk lar me...With that, I would say that's my least favourite part of it eventhough I love cycling on a real bicycle. I was struggling gasping air while trying hard to finish up the 10 minutes on that bike. That was the longest 10 minutes in my life, duh!

The last part was the cross trainers. Luckily, I coped well with this one..Gained back the momentum with the cross trainers and we were both laughing hard when I told her that funny tired face of hers! Hahaha...she can't bear with that one...so we were even. XP

So, it's not that bad after all except the part where I almost had my asthma on the exercise bikes...couldn't believe that! So far I have no problem with my asthma when I'm swimming but really didn't expected that could happen at the gym.

Finally, we left with the satisfying smiling faces for able to burn some calories there....but however, we compensated the burnt calories with another eat out at KFC with Jessie after picking her up at Kepong Sentral! Waduh waduh.....So I guess the work out merely did the favour of burning the calories. But hey, we had fun! ^^

Proceed to the next plan for the day was, hangout session at Prakash's place as Ycca's colleague invited us to celebrate the CNY Eve & Valentine's day in advance I guess. At first, I was a bit reluctant when Ycca told me the idea as I'm not familiar with Prakash and Vijay eventhough we all work in the same company. But heck, better spend some time outside during such occasion so I tagged along. Would be so pitiful to stay at home isn't it? @___@

After bought some snacks at Jusco, off we went to the next destination...Damansara Suria Apartment. Surprise to see the club house area was quite occupied by some bangla and vietnamese. Then, Prakash told us that most of them occupied that apartment as most of them are workers for some manufacturing companies around there. I must say the place was quite comfortable for them there...Guess the companies able to afford that for their employees. Lucky them.

As for me, I love the view from there...The swimming pool, the spacious area nice for sky viewing. As for the five of us, initially we were a bit awkward since some of us were strangers to each other and so the ice breaking session started off.. :)

We even had a few tequila shots..how funny when the girls prepared all the lemons and salt to pack along..owh, not to mention the glasses! Haha. Then, I realized I was a bit dizzy when I was on my way to the toilet..owh, a lil bit tipsy I guess. As we chatting away and laughed hard with some jokes, the fireworks were all over the places. It was a superb view from that 2nd floor....

And then, something happened after midnight..it was all about the 'mangkuk tandas'. As usual me and Ycca visited the toilet like for the umpteenth times due to the beer and tequila and suddenly I heard something dropped down into the toilet bowl just next to mine. I was like..'oh owh....' then the girl started to scream. Her car keys were in the toilet bowl!!!

Now, both of us showed the distress looks as we realized we were unable to get the spare key in the house since the house key was in the car! Die die.... Then, we were all looking for something in attempt to get the car keys. Prakash had to sacrificed his hanger so that we able to make a hook out of it. Eventhough we all took turn trying hard to dig it up but to no avail. Second option was to break into the car, we had a brief discussion back to our spot and surprisingly to see everyone looked so awake despite the tipsy (except for Jes and Prakash I think). So, that was the brainstorming session...hahaha! What a way to get your brain wide awake!

While the 3 of them left to the car park to attempt for the break in, Jessie and me still trying hard to get the car keys from the toilet bowl. Then, the inevitable act..I did something and we both promised not to tell. Hahaha.
We even tried to hide it when Ycca finally back and joined us. Thus, now it's a secret for the 3 of us to keep. Hehe..

But I must say Jessie was really persistent in the effort to retrieve back the car keys eventhough we knew it's impossible. Well, she believed we'll able to get it with a wire or something. That's when I frequently bombarded her with the question ' mangkuk kah keta?' whenever she mentioned 'wayar'...as I'm not sure she mentioned that would be useful for the break in of the car or for the car keys..again, that's something that would crack us up into a laughter. The official catch phrase for the incident..hahaha!

They even tried to broke in the car but unable to do so as they had the problem with the rubber stuff at the car window. Then, bad news for both of us Jesse as we both left our wallets in the car's compartment. Damn! Now we were like the illegal foreigners without any Identity Card and money!!

We were left with no choice but to wait for tomorrow and call for a mechanic that's available on holiday. Vijay even suggested us to stay at his place and he would sleep over at Prakash's place. Luckily Ycca mentioned of Kajang..I almost forgotten that we do have a place to go afterall...yay! But the problem was that we had to trouble Prakash to send us over to Kajang as he's having his discussion a few hours later for his classes.

Somehow, it was not a boring sleepy journey back to Kajang as we were burst into big laughs when we passed by the first toll. We were basically laughing over Prakash's reaction to the reduced price of the toll during that hour. He was so puzzled and with a big voice he said..'owh sudah kurang ka?' and the lady totally ignored him..
I'm not sure how to explain the situation at that point of time but we were all laughing like mad that even tears rolling down from my eyes. Haduiiiii..

So, the episodes continued when we had to woke up early to catch the KTM back to Prakash's place as we already bought tickets to watch Jackie Chan's movie at 1pm and so we need to settle it all before that. Whle waiting for the KTM, the 3 of us still can laugh over some stupid jokes we had about the silly incident..not to mention how pitiful I felt without any money and IC with me.

Fuhhh...Luckily, Ycca's hero (as what she claimed :p) Iniyan came to save the day with Mr David from Perodua brought specially to broke in the car through the small window and took it back with him to the service center. Finally, we able to heave a sigh of relief....

Heart-wrecking...

So, luckily we still have my car for transportation and off we went again, this time...to watch Jackie Chan's Little Big Soldier.
Indeed, it was a long long memorable day) for me.

Owh, but we still have this 'gratitude list' to settle after this. *Winks*

You might celebrated the special occasions with your own ways and as for me, mine was not that fancy but I never had that much laughs in a day, I'm contented. It was dope... :)

Last but not least, I hope everyone had a blast for the CNY and V-day...celebrate it with style people!!! Yeah! ^^

Apparently I couldn't sleep...and it's only around 3 hours to go before reporting myself at Epson Toyocom for the new job. What the heck...So here am I pouring it out on this blog, I really need to let it out before my temper flared in this room of mine.

Huh...couldn't believe around 7 hours ago I was bidding farewell to Miri. I think that was the first time ever I had so many family members and friends with me at the airport just before I board on the airplane. I was all in a good mood for the farewell.

Anyway, that was about 7 hours ago. Now, it's a totally different story. There's reason for me still wide awake on the wee hours. Angers and frustration are manifesting itself awesomely within me. What an overwhelming feelings..feel like I wanna punch someone in the face.

Hmm, the closest words that I'm able to describe at the moment would be...train wreck. That's how horrible I feel at the moment. Gritting my teeth in silent fury. Well, I'm sick of being tactful towards others which in the end I'm the one suffering with the consequences.

I guess you'll be wondering what the heck I'm ranting about.....I'm just so sick of staying in Casa Villa Condominium!! Sick of the stupid management which is good for nothing and not even worth for the monthly maintenance that I have to pay. That even pissed me off when I came back to see the bills on my table. It was jaw dropping to see my usual monthly maintenance fee actually really burn holes in my pocket during the year end with their extra extra extra so-called fire insurance premium maintenance which all amounting to RM 268. WOW!!!! =.=

Ok, yes it is called a condominium which to me doesn't look like one. I wouldn't rant about all of this if the management staff could just do me the favour of chopping off the big trunk at the car park or improve the facilities around here. What's funny is that, they chopped off the branches twice and yet I still unable to park my car in the car park because of those meanie birds pooping daily on my car. Mind you, this is a 'condominium' with no roof for the car park unless you stay in the penthouse. If not, this whole crap wouldn't even happening isn't it?

I have no choice but to go to the car accessories shop to buy the canvas and covered up my car nicely before I left for Miri and only to realize it was stolen and 'victimized' by the birds.What's even worse was that some idiot put on the pamphlet on my windscreen and it's wet and sticking to the car wiper and windscreen. GREAT!!

Just because of this petty matter it does really getting on my nerves. Previously, I've talked to David for countless time about it till I really get fed up. Only if he would really put in an effort to settle the problem, all of us would be happy. I don't have to call him a few times which seems bugging the both of us...on the other hand, I don't have to waste my telephone bill and time for this stupid matter. Why on earth they manage to do it for other residents but not my request???

I have no choice but to trouble my housemate to accompany me to have the car washed and cleaned up at 1 am in the car park just after we arrived from the airport. This is absurd!!!!!

I'm sick of playing nice when people don't take me seriously! I really had an unpleasant experience with the management even before I moved in into this stupid place and now this.....Owh gosh, I really hate it here now. It doesn't give me a peace of mind at all.

I just wondering why on earth dad bought this place from his aunt without discussing with it. Out of the blue he and his wife came like for 20 minutes just to bring me to meet the developer and the rest I have to settle on my own while both of them heading to Genting Highland. I don't know what else to say.

It's such a pain in the ass to pay all those stupid fees (hmmm including half-yearly charges for sewage disposal & pricey half-yearly assessment) with my meagre salary. I wish I could talk to dad about this. But somehow, I'm not sure whom should I talk with regarding my problems nowadays.

I was so occupied during my stay in Miri with wedding to attend and spending quality time with family and friends that I totally have forgotten about renewing my car license. Also, busy going to the bank to get my replacement ATM card which in the end futile because of the wrong information provided by their customer service over the phone and that was a total waste of effort.

Huh...wondering when I'm able to stop by at the nearest JPJ branch since there's no way to escape from the working hours. Enough to occupy this head of mine. Huh.

It's really frustrating to realize there are a few things that I need to settle on working days which I'm unable to do so.......Owh dear, this whole delay is a big NO NO. Major headache.....Aarggghhhh!!

What a 'great' start for 2010....and now I'm 2 hours away to get myself ready for work. I'm so not ready for the reality. This really hit me hard on the face.

A Dog??

Just when I was about to lay down for awhile, suddenly....a dog was barking.

I was like...huh?? A dog on the 8th floor of a condo?

My immediate response was that, hurried out from my room to get the keys and rushed out.
I wanna have a look on that dog...but to no avail. I was wondering if it's from the same floor here or just above me. Yeah that's me being 'kaypooooh' like a 'sakai' never seen a dog. :(

I was imagining how the heck the pet's owner bring it up and down with the lift especially if there's any other residents were there to see? Unless it's a Chihuahua and you can stuff it in a bag like Paris Hilton did...
Wouldn't the poor dog's owner get complaint? As far as I concern, no pets are allowed in this so-called condominium (digressing a bit here..it's a shame they call it as condominium though as the facilities sucks).

Well, I gave myself so much thoughts about it as I really yearn to have one too. A German Shepherd puppy to be exact. There's something about this breed of dog that attracts me...they look 'elegant' to me. Yeah...elegant is the closest word that I'm able to use to describe it. Well not sure if you get me though.

Too bad that I'm not staying in a housing area. *sighs*

Wednesday Is The Day

So here I thought I'm back to square one again after quitting from the previous company on last Thursday. Then, I was pretty occupied with dad staying over for a night which including fetching and sending him off to KLIA during the weekend.

I'm gonna skipped on that part on spending time with dad. Believe me, that involved a lot of me being scolded for all the petty stuff. Huh...I would never be good enough for him i guess.

Suddenly, he reminded me of Mr Ngoei...my MD at my previous company. But the good thing about Mr Ngoei is he wouldn't raise his voice in such a manner like dad does. Then there's a wide grin on Mr Ngoei's face whenever he talks to you. Somehow, I must have missed him. His conversation with me on pursuing me to withdraw my resignation letter and other small talks keep on lingering in my mind whenever I think about him. Well, I do admire his capabilities, no doubt. I've learnt a lot from him eventhough he's always being tough on us...tough love, as what we quoted from him. :)

Owh, side track a lil bit here it seems....Ok, so while I was busy looking over the internet on how to pay off my parking summon frm PDRM (unlucky incident occured at KLIA..duhhh), I received a call that i've been waiting everyday since the day I've quit~! Epsonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn......*winks*
So, I'm attending the 2nd interview next Monday. But that's more like meeting up with the HR's manager for a briefing. Chaz (Chezt? Chaz? I wanna call u CHaz as in Chester's nick name...ok so i feel awkward calling her Chaz as she hates the other nick name xp ) told me that she confirmed getting the job during the call for 2nd interview. Hmmm, does that means I got it???

I'm so ecstatic as I'm going to work at the same place with my buddy! Yeeeeeeeeehaaaaaa......
I'm glad I've made a decision that I have not regret as it took me a lot of guts to tender my resignation with no job offered then. I've met HR a few times, as well as with GM and MD. I finally able to say I'm firm with my decision. :)

I must say I was in melancholy mode on the last week working at the previous company. I miss my batch mates...I kept on reminiscing during our entry as MT. The good old days...Eventhough some of us have parted their own way in different direction, I wish them the best in life though^^

Above all that, I received another surprise call from my lil sis. She wasn't coherent with her words and that's when mum filled me in. I got a letter calling for an interview as Pegawai Sains. I was bewildered for a moment. SPA??!

After all this while, finally at least there's a call for interview...it's been almost 1 year since I've applied for it. Mixed feelings now though. Epson....SPA. I know this is just for an interview but well, I might as well think this thoroughly.

Well, at the moment I would concentrate for Epson and gosh...i feel soooooooo...HAPPY! ^^

All this while ignorance seems to manifest itself pretty well within me..
Somehow tonight I realize how much my mum misses me.....
I'm just not sure how to show my concern and care for my beloved ones especially my family.

I know at this point of time, mum's patience is put into test. All this while, mum is battling for life for the sake of her daughters.
Here I am, miles away from her. What's more it's been 1 year plus since my last trip back to Miri.

Her fear of being apart from her daughters starting to kill her softly within when she finally blurted it out through the phone calls.
I'm so sorry for not being able to be there for you, mum...
I'm sorry that you shedding tears for me, constantly worries and misses me.
Lastly, I'm so sorry that I've never uttered the words 'I love you' in front of you.

I love you mum.

A fond farewell....

Finally, the day has came. No matter how unprepared I was to bid my farewell to the rest in Genting View Resort (GVR), I just have to deal with it as time shows no mercy.

After the hectic week for the preparation of the Community Service in SMK Bentong, it's also happened to be my last day joining GEMS.

Little did I know that my English group as well as some other friends had actually planned up for a farewell party for me at the Club House. My room mates aka the 'accomplices' with the organizers Princess Farina and G (as well as the rest of the members ^^) had actually planned for the night.

I was speechless when I was there...to see everyone attending the party with the given time constraint as well as other commitments that they are obliged, be it personal or company matters. They managed to pull it off!

There's no other mean for me to express my deepest gratitude towards them. I went teary for a few times during the party. Everyone was singing some goodbye /melancholy songs...it was overwhelming.

Addmore, when i was reading Syu's SMS during that time...i almost unable to compose myself together. She's one of my best buddy in the group and yet she's not there as she's away for her interviews. I wish she was there at that very moment, but I bet I'll cry a lot if she's around too.

Owh well, we all had fun singing and dancing altogether... not forgetting the chicken dance, everyone's favourite! Hahaha..... Can't believe they made me dance in front. Luckily, Jep was willing to be with me in the center....thanx Jep! :p

G even got us all a Secret Recipe's brownie..Again, tears rolling down my cheecks when they sang the farewell song. The brownie reminds me of the bitter sweet memories that we all once shared. Definitely leaving all of you behind was my loathest part in making this life decision.

I always tend to belittle myself and never thought myself as that someone who will be missed afterall. Thus, you guys are the one that keep my feet on the ground at the same time and realized that friends like all of you that makes the wonders more colourful in part of my life.

At the same time, I feel lucky for having great friends throughout my journey of life. I've meet all sorts of friends and truly an honour to befriend with single one of you....especially to my new addition of friends in GVR.

Hereby, I do cherish the efforts and time that all of you have sacrificed for me that night. No matter what the future has in store ahead of us, I know eventually we have to go our own separate ways...with that, I wish the best for your future undertakings.

Glad to be part of the 'ding ding clan' & it's my pleasure to know you guys!! :) Do keep in touch my friends and bear in mind that all of you will always remain in my heart ♥♥♥!!! (",)

Back to the real world

I was escaping from the reality... I admit that.

That's part of the reason i'm here in GVR. I enjoy the environment and new friends here.
But i guess the real life kinda hunts me back.

I was just out from the jungle after our jungle trekking when i received the call from Stenta Films (M) Sdn Bhd again. Surprisingly, I got the job offer on this very Saturday.

I was puzzled....seriously I kinda flunked the last Thursday's second interview for that company as management trainee. I even thought of skipping that 2nd interview when i got the call on Tuesday. Heavy-heartedly went back to Wangsa Maju and straight away went to Bandar Baru Bangi to attend the interview...without any preparation!

What's more was that, I was so exhausted when i came back from Genting and headed back to Wangsa Maju before getting ready for another long journey to that location. I wasn't keen on the interview at all. Not to mentioned, also had forked out a lot of money for the taxi and public transport.

So, I was caught in the moment after talking to Miss Elaine. A tinge of sadness overwhelmed me too....staring at everyone besides me, I can't manage to comprehend the mix feelings I had. It's been almost 1 month i'm joining GEMS. How could i quit at this very moment?

Is this a real opportunity for me? And what's next for me here in GEMS? Train of thoughts started to flood my mind. *sighs*

Tonnes of preparation to do if i am to accept the job offer. That means i have to move out again for the 4th time and this time around i guess i need to get myself a car to commute around. Suddenly, i've remembered the doctor's advice during my last visit to the Gohtong's clinic here last week. He talked a lot about GEMS and life more than he talked about my sickness... a bit worry that he prescribed me the wrong medicine...hahaha.

He quoted a chinese proverb during the conversation with me which I don't even have the slightest idea what it's all about. The bottom line was that, he encouraged me to get myself a car from the father eventhough after the divorce.

Haih, really loathes responsibilities and dilemma...my problem solving skill sucks anyhow.
(<.<) Is this what we call entering the adulthood? Well, it sucks eh? I wish I dont have to grow up. (>.<)

Reporting from Genting View Resort

Tiring weeks.... Having the labour day as a public holiday indeed a big relief for me as that means holiday for us here too.

I'm still in Genting View Resort for GEMS. I loathed the first week though. Motivation talk and stuff didn't seem to motivate me. Need another speaker for that perhaps and more room for improvement though. :)

The following week was crazy. We were divided into groups which we known as our companies then started off with the presentation on the identity of each company.

Then we have placement test for English so that we are divided into groups with the same level. More and more activities going on too. From presentation, sketch, and to debate friendly match...we having our Talent Day for tomorrow. Yet, my group has yet to practice...last minute discussion as everyone has other commitments towards our respective companies too.

Apart from the tight schedules and late night sleep...i enjoy my companionship here. From getting to know some friends at the swimming pool, occasionally hooping from one table to the other table during our meals to mingle with everyone and karaoke-ing session..it reminds me a lof of my old friends. I miss them.

I miss mum so much too. My english group was having an interview session with one of our trainer Mr Wijenderjit and suddenly tears rolling down my cheeks. It was something so rare to actually interviewed him. My group member Nina was just sobbing as Mr Wijenderjit mentioned about the sad story about his mum and little did i know i actually joined Nina soon after that when Mr Wijenderjit continuing sharing his words of wisdom.

I know how well it relates so much to me when he mentioned about his mum. It was a wake up call for me to really express my gratitude towards her as life is too short. I've should learn that from his life experience as I can't bear that consequence if i was to take things for granted in life.

Indeed it sounds ridiculous or petty for those who's reading this now but somehow Mr Wijenderjit is that one person who can really touched your feelings with his words and ensure we really grasp the meanings of his words. Inspiring moment with his afterall.

Frankly speaking, I'm glad to meet Miss Mathy and her husband Mr Wijen here in GVR. Inspiring couple that somehow left positive impact in our lives and touches our hearts in many ways. I wish them all the best in life. :)

Rushing towards weekend..

What a week...was under the weather but still need to attend the interview. Seems like i always got called for interviews when i'm sick. Then, there goes the marathon of interviews this week including GEMS interview.

Then the unexpected happened too. I went for an interview at Klang and didnt expect the HR really offer me the job. I knew i was hesitating as before that day itself, i've been interviewed for GEMS and have been invited to join the program after they've called my referees stated in my CV.

But that wasn't the sole reason for it. The location of my-suppose-to-be working place is at the remote area in Klang. No access to public transport. I've no clue how to plan to move there as that's also mean i need to get a car. Getting a car wouldn't be a problem if i negotiate with dad. But the problem is myself. I dont trust my driving skill basically and i sucks at directions. I wasn't excited at all when the HR told me that i can start working immediatelly as a chemist with my own assistants.

I was freak out and hell i dont know why. Chemist? Now, i'm not sure if i am really a chemist afterall. Geez..is that just a reason?
I don't know.I've told the HR to provide me some time to consider which in my heart i already know what is my answer. But, it was a privilege to be offered that job...i guess i always been in the wrong place at the wrong time as well.

I was so keen on GEMS that i imagining myself being part of the program already. I was anxious to be away for now as if to escape reality. But apart from that too, i have a goal. I'm gonna perform REALLY well in the program and keeping fingers crossed to be absorp into the selected GLC.

Of course, i'm still applying other jobs as well. So, i'm gonna go with both ways to maximise my time and to gain that experience as i'm not bounded to the program. Looking forwards for the opportunities.

While anxiously waiting for the offer letter from GEMS, i'm spending the day with dad who's gonna fly off to Qatar this midnight. Need to head back to the hotel again later to spend a night there alone after dad checking in for his early hours flight. Already, there's not much time to make preparation for GEMS as registration is on Sunday at Genting.

I admit the GEMS program is a bit last minute for my batch. I went interview on Wednesday and should be expecting the offer letter by today but there isnt any received though.According to Khazanah's personnel, they gonna email us on the details later due to server down.

I wish they could be fast on that as there are plenty of preparation to be done not to mention to buy the bus ticket as well.

Already, i'm exhausted due to the insomnia again. Nevertheless, keeping fingers crossed everything goes well. =)

Yea i'm in a pretty sulky mood these days. That explains the hiatus.

This time it's kinda hard as i try to bottle it up and at the same time, my brain doesn't serve its purpose. I wonder when was the last time i've 'utilised' it the way it should be.

Think I’m at the brink of self-destruction or rather prefer self-exiled to else where, no one would know me neither do I care about my existence. Haih.

I normally would express my feelings through blogging. But i rather not for this time around. It's kinda disparaging remark about myself. I still had the draft though. Blame it on the overwhelmed feelings. Silly me!

I somehow loose it out eventually and i'm glad to have one of my best friend Ycca with me. Tears involved because of the excruciating emotional drained these few days. Pathetic eh?

I'm still standing though!! I'll survive. :)

By the way, music would always be the therapeutic value for me. One of the song that makes me wanna groove to it.

Hmm, it makes me fuming and cursing endlessly after the moment of tearing off that Pos Expres's envelope sent by mum. It's the form that i required to fill in order to get the relevant department to reissue back my SPM certificate.

Horribly disappointed.

Tell me what should i write at the column requiring my 'angka giliran' for the SPM like way back in 2003????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now is like...2009??!!!!! Shit! People, dont tell me you do remember you 'angka giliran' way back like, 6 years?

Stupid! How the heck would i know! I cant even recall in details for my result obtained in SPM except for the vital subjects. Geesh!

Thought the purpose of getting back my certificate so that i could have that recognition of taking that examination and the record of my result which in the end still requires me to submit it with those details?? An idiocy that i can't describe further.

Haih. Hit me back with whatever numbers for my 'angka giliran' peeps. I might as well just shoot them with whatever numbers! Stupid form!

Ever wish to see the future ahead of us?

Wondering the person that we gonna be... that partner whom you're gonna spend the rest of your life with... Your life, career...everything.

Just watched Yes Man today, recommended by Jesse. He said i should watch it, guess somehow he does realizes that I do resemble Carl's (Jim Carrey's character in that movie) attitudes...in some other ways.

I admit i do. But not wholly though. The previous Stephanie, i would say yes. Slowly, i'm not that Stephanie anymore. :)

That reminds me of The Secret, the book that i've just bought a few months back. Wondering what's the impact it has on me till now. Law of attraction...wonderful. Yet so hard for me to practise in real life. There you go...my money, straight down the drain. Haha. Well, couldn't be that bad right?

Perhaps, one day it would be beneficial. Heck, i don't know. @_@

Having my 4 days off starting from today. Could be the pivotal moment to think everything thoroughly. I'm planning to quit after this. Hmmm, can't help but feel bad towards my colleagues who yearning that i could really stay.

Well, since my team manager had called me earlier on for a meetup tomorrow for the confirmation letter, that even makes me determine to tell her upfront regarding my resignation then. My confirmation should be next month, have no idea what they have to be so rushing about it. Haih.

I'm just helpless at the moment. Obtaining a competency certificate in SHO doesnt secure me a job which even makes me restless now. Should i go for it???
*sighs*

I would take up the course and go for the examination but from what i've look up for now, most companies only hires senior SHO or those who have registered with DOSH. Where else, for someone who go for the competency programme must obtain 3 years relevant experience in that area before obtaining the Green Card and registered as SHO.

Addmore at this point of time, my friend recommended me a job in Miri and notified me to return to Miri for the interview in May. Another headache for me. Haih.

Wish life could be easy sometimes.... :(

A Day Off

After a day starting working on my new schedule, glad that i'm having my day off today. I was cursing here and there to my colleagues and Ycca about how reluctant i am to go to work after the weekend...addmore with the new schedule which not really my preference.

I was supposed to work at 5pm till 2 am but i've swap it with a senior. So, guess for this whole month i have to wake up as early as 5.45am to make sure i get there before 7 am.

But my plan is to quit soon though. Still browsing here and there occasionally for job hunt and wondering the missed call that i've received yesterday was an interview call or something since i still unable to get through to that same number.

Contemplating on what job that i really want... back again to that dilemma after for these few months working with Citibank. Haih.

That causes me constantly craving for food! Stress....haih..need food to 'bribe' off the stress. Pathetic. I'm ballooning!! @_@

Anyway, here i am alone with my room mate going out... usually she's the one staying at home as i went out with colleagues and friends a few times before. Now my turn. Haha.

Glad that i'm no longer alone here after a few months feeling like i'm a nomad with no one......hopping from the end of the places to another one. Not to mention mum sort of heaved a sigh of relief to know that Ycca is currently staying with me.

Almost like a dream though...pleasant one. ^^

Owh, by the way...i'm so head over heels for these two songs that i can't really have enough of listening to it repeatitively.

However, the video is kinda sucks...the typical video with beautiful lady in it. Never liked it!

Another new song by Rihanna feat The Dream (Love this guy..especially the song Falsetto!!) entitle Hatin' On The Club is recommended by Ycca. Felt in love with it immediately too! Nice soothing song...like one of those oldies songs. ^^

Pre CNY aka Night Out @ Bkt Bintang

Chinese new year...as usual. I dont seem to celebrate any festival seasons nowadays..nor Christmas neither CNY..considering that i'm half chinese.

I was still on my leave last week, so me and Ycca had a chance to meet up with my cousin Fiona since Ycca just arrived here in KL. Our plan was just for an outing.

But then we were so exhausted during the outing and just hanging around sitting at the Big Apple around Low Yat Plaza. Suddenly came out with the idea of staying out since we were all so lazy to go back with the public transportation.

We went around at Bukit Bintang area searching for that one night accomodation. Somehow, a few of the hotels were occupied. We finally checked in at Sungai Wang Hotel....not a grand hotel yet just enough for the 3 of us considering that we just need a place to crash for the night.

Checked in and cleaned ourselves...then we hit the street...again. Our legs were soooooo sore though. Nevertheless, it's fun! :)

Loitering around and get some necessities since we had nothing...not even extra clothes! Haha.
Of course, bought some clothes for the night out later....

Went to Jalan Alor for food hunting! Heaven of food! :)
I've been eating and eating during my annual leave. Indeed a 'pleasant surprise' to know that i've gain some weights! #_#

Then we just walking aimlessly...somehow landed at Yiqi Beer Garden. We were attracted with the music playing and the nice open air concept bar. We went in and order some drinks. Fabulous place to chill. Nice selection of songs too.

We were too engaged with our conversations that somehow both Ycca and me seemed to hear the DJ mentioning something about Sabah and Sarawak but ignored it. Somehow when DJ Sherman came and join us at our table that only we realized that he was actually dedicating the song to us... guess the Borneo looks are too obvious..even in the dark! Hahaha.

He hang out awhile and finally left by giving his number to us which apparently no one intended to take the handphones out just to take down his number. Poor Ycca was busy with her handphone when Fi and I immediately turned to her and asked her to take down the number. VICTIM (Ycca)!!! :p

Hope he didnt think we were rude though. Ouch! @_@

From the conversation we had with him, Yiqi Beer Garden is going to be closed down or for renovation if i'm not mistaken during the end of January. Somehow, feels like it's such a waste if they gonna closed it down. I love the atmosphere there.....

We left the place when DJ Sherman resumed playing some CNY songs... he had to play it though, that's what he told us. But well, we're not interested of hearing some CNY songs at the bar...so we took off after for like hours chilling out there.

Nevertheless, it was a great fulfilling day we had...^^

I'm on leave till next Tuesday with no proper plan to pamper myself neither for rejuvenation from all the chaos at work.

Seriously that job is soooooooooooooooooooooooo detrimental to my health. @_@
My mentor was gasped in surprise (almost dumbfounded i guess) when i told him i aint going anywhere for the long break. Poor Stephanie.

Well, to travel somewhere...i need a companion right?? Addmore, not that i'm familiar with places. *sighs*

However, plenty things to sort out during my break. Contemplating of quitting the job..job hunting which is extra hassle for me considering i have nothing with all of my academic certificates gone with the box as stolen by some bastard(s) while moving out.... finding ways to get the relevant department to reissue my certificates.

That....causes me with unbearable heartache thinking i've lost all what i called the zeal of my works.. my extra curricular's certificates...all going down the drain.

I was numb when it first happened... I don't know what to think. Felt so helpless. Even going all the way to Serdang to lodge a police report wasn't really a comfort to me.

Well at least, if the bastard(s) would just pitied me and send back that file of mine to the place where the box was situated..i wouldnt mind.
What the heck they (he/she/shemale/whatever) wanna do with all of those documents?? For tapau????!

Haiyah. For that too, I'm being scolded by my old man. Accusing me for being careless..clumsy..dumbhead or whatever. I was just moving out my stuff to the ground floor..who would have thought??

That was my 2nd trip moving out my stuff and didnt expect someone would steal my box in the midst of busy moving out.

Well, i've should have known..it was Sunday... the foreigners are all wandering around the neighbourhood on the weekend (fyi: serdang area is mostly occupied with foreigners too). Bang my head for that. :(

What the heck i'm ranting about it again...it was like almost a month ago. Guess it hurts when thinking that i need it the most right now.. Just some pieces of papers, really make me restless ..bothers me so much.

Haih. The power of some stupid papers that you called certificates... or recognition.. whatever it is. My life is like depending on it for now.

By the way, one of my best friend Ycca is finally here in KL for her job training. Not sure if she's gonna stay after tomorrow's interview for the sponsorship. Apparently i have to go and save her out from the 'hell' (the so-called hostel in PV 6 at Taman Melati).

Never thought she would stay just nearby me. Thought she has to stay nearby in KLMU. So, she's staying temporary with me i guess...for now.

It's Wednesday, i'm wondering if my email at work gonna burst out. Wondering if there's any complaint or unfinished business going on without my presence at work. How much i 'love' my job.... haih.

I was looking high and low for other option other than this...this current life i'm living.
Pursuing a master....or another job. Eventhough i made it clear to myself that i'm not willing to be a student anymore...Hunger to earn the money, apparently. :p

Industrial chemistry..sounds cool. But what do i get with it? Working at Citibank.
Great..i said to myself. Dad has his own ways of beating around the bush to say about it. Nevertheless, I know sometimes he just wants me to decisive in what i'm heading for. I appreciate that.

Somehow, stumbled upon with SHO, QSE and some other rather confusing abbreviations which i've failed to master more. Will do more research though. I was merely interested with it.

I mean why not taking up a course which is more specific in which i regret taking up my degree in UPM. Let's not go into that by the way.

Just testing the water.... but, seriously finding one is hard. I mean most of the institution is situated in other states or the minimum requirement includes working experience with that related field.

Failure..that's what i almost murmured to myself. Not to mention, utterly wasting my energy and time. Ya know, the frustration of thinking that in the sea of information with everything under your fingertips with the so-called technology nowadays somehow , it does iritates me when i dont seem to find the right output/result to quench the thirst of curiosity. Or, i'm just a damn dumbhead to utilize fully of the intenet?? Hahaha. You be the judge. :p

Somehow, today....is somehow a fruitful day for me during my holiday. ^^
I've found an institution for it!!! Never heard of it..neither i knew its existence before.

It's KLIA Training & Research Centre Sdn Bhd. Offering Master in Management & Occupational Safety & Health. That, intrigued me. :)

Was checking for more details and was a bit worry with one of the requirement stated. Well, dont want to give up on it. I've called the listed number for more inquiries.

So far, i like what i've heard from her. It would be the July intake under UTM. The first 2 months would be conducted in UTM campus city in jalan semarak in KL, part time basis though. The remaining months would be conducting at the KLIA area. Hereby i enclosed the location map. (click for better visualization)

Owh ya, they have branch in Miri too!!! Wondering if i should go back to Miri for that then?? :)

I mean KLIA is like....far far away!!!!

I need a plan now. Wouldnt mind going there for Saturday and Sunday. But the problem is that i would be soooooooooooooooooooooo dreaded to wake up so early as the course starts off at 9 am. That costs a lot too. I mean transportation wise.

The idea of studying part time is spooky to me. That ..needs dicipline, sacrifices, efforts and energy... I was like half dead while pursuieng degree...almost dead while working... that equals to what if you combine them both??

Somehow, there's a tinge of excitement too. Sort of like challenging yourself. I hope i can make it. This is still early to say. Just a plan. That means i need a suitable job to complement the schedule then. Wondering if that could be so stressful... Weekends are meant for resting. Turned out that's gonna be my study mode weekends (ceh, macam confirm plak..huahuahuahuahua. Rubbish!)

Anyway, anyone's interested to enroll this course??!! I need companions! :p

Anyway, this is for you dad. I couldn't possibly do this without you. I know i owe you much. I just wanna make you proud of me eventhough i know somehow at this distant... we are so far away from father-daughter relationship. I hope to do this for you and mum. :)

New year 2009...my first post. I was digressing to post it last week. Anyway, last week my laptop finally really went haywire. Ended up traded it in at Low Yat and bought a new one. Still, i miss my old laptop.... it has been with more for almost 4 years. Haih, not to mention the sentimental value that it has to me. :(

By the way, managed to join Alan aka Jordy's group for the Youth 09. Woke up as early as 6.30 am with Alan's sms waking me up...hahaha. Well, i tagged along with him and his housemate Jackson for the meetup with the rest before heading off to the event together.

It's great to meet up with the rest during the breakfast... a few new faces like Renee, Michelle (Paulin's friend from Seremban), Nik, Jience and a few of friends which came together with Ripsta aka Adill. Owh and finally meet up with Ripsta since i didnt manage to join the Bolt movie. Glad to meet him. :)

As usual, it was great to meet up with the old faces..to catch up again with them.... such as Paulin, Nazeef, Neo, EkLern and Ping. After that, we headed off to PWTC together. We even have our own 'tour guide' Asyraf aka TPK showing us around after getting our hands stamped during the registration.

Hmmm speaking of which, i had my pass printed in A4 size which i forgotten to resize and the guy at the registration was taken aback with the extra large pass!!

Heck, i wasn't the only one. Jackson and Alan too have their A4 size passes!!! Hahaha!

Well, still i didnt get my goodie bag though with the extra large size pass. Hehe .
He told me to come and collect it after 1 hour...Haih, didnt bother though.

So, went around and i was fond with the graffiti right at the entrance before entering the hall. I'm so amazed with the excellent piece of art.

We had our own photo shoot session there with everyone..who wanna miss it right?? It's hard to get the Youthsays members come together for such event...so it's a pleasant meet up with them all.

Went around and bumped into that junior again whom i met at Tony Roma's during my christmas lunch with a bunch of Youthsays' members. Forgotten his name but this time i did go up and talked to him for awhile. Well, without hesistation too he immediately promoting to me about the celcom thingy... heheh i wasnt interested at all as i'm busy following the group.

Glad and excited to meet Paulin again!!

Actually, i was quite bored as there's nothing really captured my interest. I was hoping to watch the street dance challenge but it's on the last day of the event. Too bad.

There were more displaying/selling booths than whatever happening events though...

Soon after that, we went off for lunch whereby Michelle and her boyfriend managed to join us too. Glad to meet Mich again after the last meetup. :)

Somehow, after finishing our lunch, Jie Juan joined us for a brief moment before heading back to PWTC with Asyraf for their voluntary activities. Most of the members took up early after the lunch which left a few of us.

In the end, Alan, Jackson, Paulin, Adill and me went for a movie at Times Square. Before going for a movie we even went to mamak stall again for yum cha. Adill and Paulin even doodling around on the tissue with the free pen provided from the friendster's booth. Hehehe.. us.. chilling and doing random stuff.

Anyway, hope able to meet up again with all since Alan is no longer joining Youthsays. Still keeping fingers crossed for another event/activities initiated by anyone of the members too.

By the way, Ripsta aka Adill...how's the plan with the trip???

Packing...moving out...unpacking...

I've been doing it since i came here in Selangor to study. Still can recall back all the troublesome of moving out to another residential college with the frickin' annoying taxi driver too... what a mess.

Then in second year, not that i moved to another residential college. But this time, I'm moving to another block. Huh.. From the 4th floor to the 5th floor of the other block which was 3 blocks away from the previous one.

Moving out from UPM wasn't easy for me too. With my horrible driving skill, and with doubt, i carried on renting for a car to move out all the stuff including for my friend. It was friday, and gosh, the congested road due to the friday prayer which held every week at our mosque in UPM really getting on my nerves and at the same time, intimidated me...i was worried like hell that i'm gonna bumped into other cars.

Pretty lucky that i didnt run over someone or other vehicle that time.... owh well, eventhough at last i've scratched the rented car because of the stupid parking! Hahahah!
Phew!!!! It was like...the whole day for that process of moving out.

Then, after working in Citibank, without really a proper plan.. move out soon after coming back from Park Royal Hotel (accompanying my family for the convocation) which wasn't a pretty pleasant surprise for my housemates..well neither me too.

So, rented a place here in Wangsa Maju which eventually the so-called nice old man whom i considered as someone i respect turned out to be an alcoholic and constantly asking money from me eventhough he's like thousands miles away from me (well, he's in Sabah after a few days i moved in), 'harrasing' me through phones. Heck! I need to get out...

Now, here i am... moved into this old house...which firstly i thought could be a nice place to rent until i found out the sink in the toilet is blocked, with the almost drop-off shower head... and, the annoying noise of the ceiling fan! Geez, what was i thinking when i first came to look at the room..

Haih, my colleague should have notify me earlier that she has found a house to rent together.

By the way, this year's christmas is nothing special to me as usual. But luckily Alan aka Jordy from Youthsays called me join them for a lunch at Tony Roma's in Mid Valley. I was hesitating
as usual as it's a day off for me and normally i'm so lazy to get out from the bed at the early hours.

Well, guess when i heard everyone is having a plan for christmas, it sounds pathetic to spend the day alone in the room on the festive season. I've relented.

Met up with Alan, Jie Juan, Michelle, Ashraf and Alvin for the lunch. Glad to meet up with them since i didnt even had the chance to talk to them during the YS' first meetup for the Quarantine free screening.....

I think i met a junior too in that restaurant as that familiar face kept on watching me afar.. Hahah...Now i know his name after struggling to figure out his name during that time.#_#

Anyway, i didnt get any pictures as everyone was busy snapping. A few nice pictures from Michelle and Alan... the only picture i snapped from my camera was the snowing scene in Mid Valley...

I went all the wayyyyyyyy....just so i could have companion to watch the movie with me.
Sick... wait, it's pathetic perhaps??

Hahaha... I dont feel like watching the movie alone this time around. Thus, the frustration was utterly repulsed when i was unable to find any friends to go out with me. *sighs*

Luckily Feccy did sms me just to ask whether i was really planning on going to the cinema alone. Somehow this time around, that girl wanna join me for a movie!!
(FYI: this friend of mine don't really like to waste money for a movie, called her cheapskate but that's Feccy..hehehe)

Well of course, it's gonna be at The Mines... *_*

Couldn't complain more just as long as i'm going to watch with someone. Was having my lunch when i was on the phone with her planning last minute to go for it.

Without hesitation, packed some stuff to spend a night there in Serdang. Plan for shopping immediately went out from my mind. Main purpose, just to chill out and watch the movie.

Surprisingly, the movie was not what i've expected from the various responses that i've heard from friends and colleague. To me the movie was a mediocre romantic movie to me.

I give it 7/10 though. Main reason? Somehow to my dismay, Robert Pattinson is the main reason for that. (Oops, sorry to the so-called hearthrob's fans out there..heeee) At the beginning of the movie, his acting skills kinda 'entertains' me in a way. Felt as if it tickled my funny bones! Hohohoho.

Haih, suddenly reminiscing the ever wonderful story of Fanthagiro..Tarabas is hot!! LOL! I was meant to compare the actors by the way... just random comparison. :)

Could you believe that actually both of them are the same person?? Robert Pattinson could really looks different from the movie...

Well it's this face that really makes the girls scream in the movie...hmm not me though :p

Now, my shoulders are killing me again. Been a tiring weeks at work and it didnt do any good to my shoulders as i continue sitting infront of my laptop after finish off at work..facing the laptop again.

The pain of my shoulders is too excruciating. I need remedy. Not even my trusty Yoko-Yoko can ease my pain.

See, most of my time is spent facing this thing as we known as the deskstop or Laptop or Notebook or Lappy or Mac or whatever you might call it...

I might as well bring it together with me into my coffin during the end of my life since it's becoming my lifeline nowadays...hahahahaha. Kidding.

Just that these days, i'm all alone accompany none other than my laptop. My life is doom without it! :(

Owh, almost forgotten. Tomorrow would be the second meet-up for the Youthsays members. Lucky them. I can't go for it this time around. I'm working!!!!!!! Haish.

The main cause of disappointment is the fact that i really wanna spend more time and hang out with the members since the last meet-up was just a mere brief session for chit-chatting before everyone went on with their own plans. Addmore, it was only a few of us who joined the luncheon after the movie. So, was hoping for a great meet-up again until finally this one came out on the wrong timing for me.

Nevertheless, hope they have a great meet-up! Keep me posted with it though peeps! =)

Ahhh, off to work again tomorrow. Wish i could stay longer in my bed...it's raining, again! :)

Listening to Music For A Nurse by Oceansize on this lovely evening....another quiet evening for me here. Alone...

I was practically lazying around in the room on my bed for almost the whole day. Feccy did SMS me last night to ask me to join them for a day out today. I was planning to go out with them anyway but turned out i was so lazy to get out for the day.

Still, i wanna watch Twilight this weekend. A must, i told myself! :)

Boredom strikes again i guess. Still blaming on the fact of my failure to find a roommate or a friend to rent with me. Haish, wish there's a cinema here in JJ wangsa maju. Somehow this reminds me back of what lil sis had told me last night. Mummy misses me badly. Couldn't believe it when sis spilled it out to me during our conversation last night. I have not spoken to Sheron for awhile too since she's starting on her part time job after finishing her PMR.

Still, couldn't believe my lil sis would opt for a part time job. Guess i underestimated her all this while but at the same time glad that she's on her right path to grow up as a teenager. I miss her so much.

Speaking of which, i found myself still in an awkward position of having this close relationship with anyone, including my family members. All those years, i thought i was a loner.

Struggling during my teen years, i often came across to my own self-conflicts and thoughts. It was then i realized it's imperative for me to fight it through and act despite of all the pessimism.

I'm not over yet with this battle and time waits for no man...i should have bear that in mind. I know those who are thoughtful enough to care and concern about me, for that i'm being thankful. In my heart, there's no other way for me to show my appreciation for it. I may look like an asshole ignorant, so please forgive me as a person with flaws.

I really have no clue in human relationship which i'm totally sucks at it.

Without realizing it, it was just almost 3 weeks ago that Youthsays had it first meet-up and now, the second meet-up is confirmed!!!

Didnt expect something this soon. Well, unfortunately, this time around i dont think i'll get to join as i'm working on that Tuesday. Needless to say, i'm disappointed! Grit my teeth and put up with it. :(

Haih, i was really looking forward for the meet-up as i couldn't have enough of time to spend with the other members!!!!!!

Well, suddenly someone suggested to go and watch a movie since i can't make it for the Bolt movie with the Youthsays members. Guess that friend of mine pitied me. Hahaha..

But then somehow throughout the conversation, i've just blurted out that how yearning i am to go to the beach. I've realized i never been to the beach here since i came here to Peninsular.
That's when the random idea popped out. My friend planned to bring me out to Port Dickson.

Before this i've had the conversation with Ripsta (one of the YS member) before about having a trip with the rest of the members after reading his post on his last visit to PD. Seems like he had plenty of fun there. ^^

So didnt expect that another friend of mine willing to bring me there.

Haha.. i was just merely stating it. Never intended to go somewhere on this particular Sunday though. But it was a thoughtful act from my friend though. But since i've moved out from Serdang somehow he has no idea where i'm located at. Don't wanna trouble my friend to drive all the way long from somewhere to pick me up but yet he insisted.

Well, i might just as well go with it without much planning on it. That friend of mine never really likes everything to be planned i guess.

Then he twisted the plan a bit with something that i couldn't have asked for more!

I need it as this coming new month gonna be like hell for us Citiphone officers. I was assigned with OT eventhough i'm still a newbie. Nevermine the pay but i dont really wanna have the OT until i'm ready. Again, it's not a choice that i can make anyway when the Team Manager has planned it all.

So, i was pretty thrilled knowing that i'm not gonna spend another dull Sunday alone in my room with my lappy!

But without thinking too much about it i just hit the sack soon after that because of the long day for the training and outing with my colleagues.

Then early on the morning, i was awake by the SMS sent.

Hmmm, we had to cancel it as something unexpected occured. Can't blame anyone here. Sometimes, things really are beyond our control isn't it??

I felt the rush to watch the movie somehow after knowing i'm not going out ..again for this Sunday. So i've turned to ask my ex-housemates to meet up and watch the movie and yeah... they can't make it either.
She made me speechless when she told me that they had Twillight downloaded!!!

And again, another dull Sunday in my room with double whammy...no electricity for hours here in Wangsa Maju. Haih.....

One of my wish finally has been fulfilled!

Somehow, managed to join the other YS members for the free movie screening, Quarantine after confirmed by my trainer that our training has been postponed.

A wide grin on my face. :)

Guess i was so happy and looking forward for the meet up as it was a horrible week for me at work. My mentor once told me that i barely have a life as i spend most of my time at work. Going back home late at night among my new batch..and the next morning you'll see my face, first to arrive. Well i have no choice, i've too many things to do.

Even my team manager was kinda worried and thus advised me to manage my stress and chill out on the weekend.

So yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! A meet up for Youthsays!!!!!!

Firstly, met up with my ex-housemates at Kelana Jaya station before heading to Cineleisure Damansara. Instantly recognized the registration counter from afar with the banners for Youth '09 event.

Khailee was sitting there with the other 2 persons who were busy assisting us for the registration. I was busy filling up some particulars when i heard someone saying hi to me.
Looked around..it was Khailee.

Managed to talk with him for a moment after he stood up offered a handshake. Glad to meet up with him personally. However, at the end of the day, just realized such a waste that we were unable to take a snapshot with him and Arzumy since they weren't able to join us further for the lunch after the movie.

By the way, was excited to meet the Youthsays members around. I was so glad to meet up with Paulin!!!!!! :)

Okay, so not gonna talk more about the movie here as i wouldn't wanna spoil the thrill of watching it yourself. Furthermore, i'm sucks at doing review! :p

But i must admit there were some climax scenes which made me screamed and jumped! Hmm and the intro of the movie is kinda monotonous and boring..
sempat bisik-bisik with Paulin. Oops..hehe.. think i kinda spill a bit on the movie.

Owh, i realized that it turned out that mostly the guys turned out for the movie screening. But unfortunately, i must say that it's not even 150 of us turned out for the movie, kinda disappointing. Addmore, only a few of us join the after movie gathering for the lunch @ Outpost. Wish we all could spend more time together though.

Also, met up with some of the newbies..well practically, a month ago i was quite an active member to join the discussions and the Bruce Lee's contest. Unfortunately after working and series of life events going on, i was on and off for Youthsays. Thus, glad to meet the newbies -Ping aka coltmilk, Jeremy aka sexyback, Cheah, Sarina aka sarimaya, William aka ramblings, Bernard...(and the rest whom i forgotton, sorry ya ^^)

and of course the familiar faces of the YS community, Paulin aka craxgrl, Fad aka Neo, Nazeef aka copy/paste (thank you so much for the ride!!! ^^), Ben Lai, Autumn and EkLern.

Oops, Cheah is too tall!! Neo, wake up! :p

Again, that guy without the face is EkLern..Aiya, Nazeef cant see you!!

Nevertheless, it was a great start for our first meet up after with the various plans done by the community itself came to no avail.

By the way, just as i was still thrilled over the YS meet up, something unexpected occured on the next day. *sighs*

Horrible Sunday! heck.

Since i was going out with my ex-housemates for the meet up, i thought it would be better for me to stay a night in Serdang and called for Uncle Tan to send me back to Wangsa Maju with some of my boxes here on the Sunday morning.

As i was busy moving some of my boxes to the ground floor to wait for the taxi's arrival, to my dismay.. one of my box was gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! heck.

At first, i thought i just have to let it go since it's already gone and there's nothing much i can do about it. But still kept on thinking how fast it happened.

Suddenly, i've just realized something when i was on board of the taxi. My certificates and documents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That box contains all of my important certificates and photocopy of my parents' and my IC.!! Darn! Also, my cheque book! Huh...

Now, how the heck am i gonna go for job interviews in the near future to come??!

Bad day...what a bad day!!! I'm still tired for the whole week and now can't even have a day to rest on the weekend.

Really didnt expect end up losing my important stuff while busy moving out my stuff!
Stupid culprit!!!! What the heck you gonna do with my documents??!!!

I dont mind some of my stuff in that box but i really hope someone would just return my files.

Huh, no time to rest. Got to go back to Serdang...again. No choice but to pack some stuff again to spend a night there and lodge a police report. My oh my...my head is spinning!

I've just online yesterday to check my emails. To my surprise, an email notification from Khailee regarding the meet-up for Youthsays' members for this coming Saturday.

The best part is that, it's a private invitation to watch the movie Quarantine exclusively for the RSVP 150 YS' members!!!!

Huh..Now again, wrong timing.

I was just informed by the trainer yesterday that we gonna have a course for the coming Saturday. All this while, Youthsays' members have been suggesting for a meet up but to no avail. So at last now, Khailee and Joel have manage to pull it off for the members.

Unfortunately for me then, guess that would be next time for me...well if there's any in the coming future though. Still keeping fingers crossed for another meet up though. =)

Again today would be the only day that i have my rest for the week, just like the previous weeks. Still trying to adapt and to have a proper rest, at the same time, try to catch up with everyone here and in Youthsays if i could.

I've just took a peep into YS, managed to drop some comments. Youthsays is getting BIG!! Tremendouz improvements as well alongside with its growing members.

Previously during our days, there were only 20 000++ members. Now, it's approaching to 43 000 members!!! Wow...

Kudos to Khailee, Joel and the Youthsays' team. ^^

In the midst of everything, it's hard to keep up with everyone and slow things down. I've realized how lonely i am in going through this daily routine.

Already, I miss my housemates... it's been 2 days i've moved out.

Here i am alone.. living with an old man whom i can sense his loneliness in life and waiting for the end of his life.

and again, missing my mum, dad and sis...
it's been almost 6 days since i last saw them...

When will we come together as a family again?? That was the first time , yet not the right time. I've relented.

I miss Youthsayers...
I miss all the fun there.

I miss my friends...everywhere.

Tiring month

After a whirlwind of events going on this month, here i am facing my laptop to 'communicate' with ya all (who ever you are that is ^^). A series of life events occur in this very month.

Tiring month and still, it's not the end yet.

Currently still recuperating from the mild asthma and tight cough. Never in my mind i thought i could ever be strike with asthma again after for ages. Immediately, it brought back the awful experiences of suffering from this illness (those old days...haih) when the nurse put on the nozzle on me during my visit to the clinic which i thought just an usual visit to check on my tight cough and flu.

Just got back at my place here in Serdang (that explains for the hiatus in Youthsays, friendster and my blog, sorry) after spending almost a week with mum and sis at Park Royal Hotel during their stay here for my convocation.

At the same time, met dad occasionally during the whole week and somehow, for the first time i think, we as a family coming together to attend my convocation. But i was not really in a good mood for my convocation that day. I was so tired that my barely enjoy the whole ceremony. I wasnt able to spend time to take picture with my coursemates.

Long story anyway....

Been busy with work at the same time... feel so bad towards them for not able to accompany and spend more quality time with them. All i can say is..wrong timing, way beyong my expectation and control.

At the same time, job training came hand in hand with the event for preparation of the DeepaRaya for last two weeks. The newbies were not spared of course, been busy practising for the dance performance after the job training. Haiyoo.

Well i dont mind performing, but in the midst of busy mastering my product knowledge, system and procedures to prepare for the first day on duty made it all a daunting task at that moment. I was so stress out as i needed the time to stay back to do my own extra work.

Now, who says job training is that easy??? =.=

Thought everything is over now...hmmm. Tomorrow i'm moving out to rent a room at Wangsa Maju after delaying the meeting with the house owner for all these weeks until i met him yesterday to settle everything at one go.

Can't bear to prolong my stay here in serdang as it's really incovenient for me to go back and forth to ampang. Thus, it wasn't a pleasant surprise at all for my housemates , well neither me too.

Eventhough still in the middle of recovering, i have no choice to do the packing and cleaning. Heck, how much i hate it!!

I feel like a 'nomad'. I dont have a place to call home here . Been here and there since i was 17 years old.

Now how i miss Miri..my family and my dear friends. *sighs*

I didnt plan to move out this soon, kinda heavy-hearted to drift apart with my housemates. Guess that's how we go through the phases of life..it takes me from here, to somewhere which I still contemplating about.

Of course, fear and worries do overwhelm me sometimes. But we are trying hard to have a glimpse of the future, dont we?

That reminds me that being adult (wait, i'm still in denial of being an adult!!) is never easy and i've just taking my baby steps towards this adulthood... responsibilities... more of it to come ahead.

But i wish i dont have to go through it alone. Suddenly feel so lonely in the midst of everything. :(

busy busy busy!!!!

My table is such a mess.. random/foreign stuff all laying on the table, almost buried my laptop! My clothes are left piled on the box. No time to fold and arrange them into the closet. That's the current situation of mine...busy mode. Exhausted!!!

This is the month that i'm so loath to go through.

~Job training is getting tougher and confussing...more quizzes and role play...aih.
~Back and forth to UPM to settle this and that.
~Finding a new place to rent.
~Convocation on the 21st.
~Meeting dad who's coming back from Qatar on the 17th.
~Mum and sis coming on the 18th and have to accompany them..that means working from the hotel for a few days till 23rd.
~Time management plan for mum and dad (*wonder how's that gonna be since we gonna stay in the same hotel).
~ Gonna be live on call this 20th.. sure it's gonna be nerve wrecking experience!! My first day officially on duty whilst on training.

*Parents divorced since i was 7 so was raised up by my mum. no idea on how to spend time separately with them during their stay here.

Again, how time flies! 0.o

Heck. Barely enjoyed my weekend. Wasted my saturday morning (that time is much appreciated if i spent it for my revision!!!!!!)at UPM to settle the whole convocation's procedures as well as to take the robe and mortar board . Long story, dont wanna whine about it here. In the end, walking back home frustratedly and coming back again on the next Sunday morning. How i hate to wake up on the early morning. I mean it's WEEKEND!!!!!

By the way, luckily everything went out smoothly during the second round of my visit to UPM to settle the whole procedure. Much better with the queue too (hate queue jumpers, dont you think so??? damn annoying!!).

Thought gonna stopped by at home to drop things off before going to Wangsa Maju to meet a friend of mine to find a place to rent there. But i was loathe to wait for another bus. Coincidentally housemate and me finished up everything there in UPM almost at the same time so we headed to Midvalley right after that..with a big bag of the robe and mortar board. Deh...

Didnt expect my friend was bringing her boyfriend to drive us around the area looking for a place to rent. Both are them such a sweet and nice person. Really appreciate them for the favour.

Actually, renting a room with a bunch of strangers in the house is something that really bothers me. But we can't find an empty house. Addmore, who's gonna rent it with me?? Doom paying rent eh...

I noticed that the area is mostly occupied by chinese..well college's students i guess.

Then, somehow we've saw a notice outside the random house that we just passed by and luckily the owner of the house was at home. That was the only house that really attracts my interest. Very neat and clean. An old Sabahan man living alone. But since it's an air-conditioned room, the rental is pretty expensive. Well, guess it's worth it since the room and bathroom were renovated.

Wish could rent that place with Ycca. Thought she could make up her mind immediately and come to Wangsa Maju to stay with me and looking for a job here instead of Miri. At the moment, guess i'm gonna rent the place with my friend's colleague whom i have not even met yet.

Wait, did i just made up my mind to rent that place????! >.>
By the way, it tickled me when my friend told me she felt something fishy/bizzare about the old man. LOL!!

But it's just her feelings towards some old man, she said vaguely. >.< What's your say????

Owh, but according to the Uncle Dumil (yes, that old man i've mentioned), a chinese guy is gonna move in too next month in the small room though. I've seen the room, it's wayyyyyyyyyyy different from the room that i'm planning to rent. I just love the room that i've plan to rent!!

By the way, a message to my lil sister ( i know she wouldn't read it, just wanna convey my love message to my beloved sister!!! >.<... Good luck with the PMR and up coming UEC examinations!!!!!!! I miss ya! I know you'll do well because you never let me worry about you!

I grew up listening to their songs.... Somehow, their song Step By Step still lingering in my head after all these years. Ahhh, nostalgic feelings when i browse through their old music videos in Youtube.

Well, I'm talking about New Kids On The Block... they were HUGE in the late 80s!! Now, they've coming back after like...14 years??!!!! WOW....

From being teenagers..now they are all grown up man in their 30s, and having families well except for Jonathan Knight though (he's the oldest member, 40 years old this year i think..). Owh, and i think Jon is still single...hehehe.

But i must say i'm pretty amaze with their new sound though. Their songs are so catchy!!! I mean most of the songs are more to R & B..who would have thought of it. NKOTB singing R&B?? *_*

Nevertheless....I ♥ !!!
Alongside with their latest album, you would notice their collaboration with a few artists too such as Ne Yo, Nasri, Lady Gaga and Nichole Scherzinger from PCD.

Well, gonna share with you some of my favourite videos of the day. :)

Firstly, an acoustic cover of my favourite song, Forever by Chris Brown. This group is known as Boyce Avenue. By the way, their cover songs are available on iTunes.

Stumbled upon Angelica's videos too.... love watching her playing the guitar and singing to the acoustic version of her own from various songs. Especially Rihanna's version of Shut Up & Drive, i've enjoyed it so much!

Not to mention, one of my favourite artist..Ingrid Michaelson. If you're a fan of the Grey's Anatomy, you'll notice that a few songs of hers (Keep Breathing, Corner of Your Heart and Breakable) were featured in that series.

I just realized she's such a funny person!! She entertains her fans well during her shows with some funny remix.... and i found this rap (with a bit of Ice Ice Baby in between..hehe) version of The Way I Am during her interview in Bob & Tom Show. Love it! She sure can rap well too! :p

I'm so sick of laying on the bed today due to the fever.

So here i am facing the screen of my laptop again. What else?? Hihihi.

Been awhile since i last catch up with Mike Shinoda's blog.So i might as well just go and check it out for awhile. Then there's this particular post that really intrigued me. It's about this musician with no MAJOR label support but dang, he makes AWESOME MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, i was mind-blown when i first heard it at Mike's blog *jaw drops*.

Without hesitation, i went to look up for his work in youtube. Amazingly, all of his stuff are just FANTASTIC!!!! OMG, you should see how his fingers running swiftly on that keyboard~!!! Oh geez, wish i could play the keyboard like him!!

I really admire his creativity in making his music. Hopefully one day, he's making it big with everyone recognizes his music! Check out his website here.
